Newly Brunette, Patient, and a Music Buff.

Newy Brunette

What interesting things I find myself doing. First off, yesterday, August 22nd, I got my hair lowlighted. It is now brunette instead of that oddly confused muddy dark-blonde-but-light-brunette color that bothered me so much... and made me look confused. (Which I probably was, but looks can deceive, yes? ;] ) I want it a little darker now. Haha. I'm by no means at ALL an 'emo' or 'goth' person, I am quite the opposite actually. I like khaki pants and polo shirts if that gives you an idea. I also love fashion, but I feel I look horrid in nearly every kind of dress clothing, so I refrain from being a trendsetter.

Newly Patient

Back to the future, now. Today (the 23rd), I was supposed to go school shopping with mother. But she, my uncle, and my cousin, are pounding fence posts into the ground for the horse's pasture. She recently came in and told me she is finishing them up and we can go in a bit. I, amazingly, am being incredibly patient and am just sitting here on the recliner with J.D. (cat). He is just snoozing beside me; it is rather adorable :].

But Still a Music Buff

I was moseying around on DeviantArt today, and came across Beth's (Roseyh from Ponybox) newest deviation. It is a fantastic manipulation and I hope she enters it in my competition on Ponybox. The song that inspired her to do this was La Roux's song In For The Kill. So I, always up for new music, went to Youtube and checked it out. I now absolutely adore that song. It is... just... ARGH! (I try to spice it up, but 'wonderful' and 'great' are in my vocabulary far too much.) Anywho, I also was looking around iTunes and found this peculiarly nice song called Lexington by Chiodos. It's not as good as In For The Kill, but it is different; and I kind of like it. :]

First blog. Exciting.

I have quite a bit to say about myself, as I am an outspoken person.

I am fourteen years of age.

I love horses and cats for animals.

I usually take things far too seriously.

I act goofy quite a bit on Ponybox.com, but that is only because I want to fit in to that community. If I acted like I usually do around my family and sometimes my friends, I don't think I'd be accepted as much. I've got a reputation of being overly silly there, which I am trying to fix. I am a really mature person and want to show the world that I really am.

Anyway; more about myself.

I am talkative, so I will most likely ramble on about random thinfs on this blog. :]
